This month seems to have gone by quickly. I hope the lack of May events has not discouraged too many of you. Steve and I have certainly missed seeing all of our regular P&P gang.
In the next few months, we'll be on a more-or-less every-other-week schedule. Due to the fact that gas prices will be climbing, school will be out, and that families (including ours) have other things they need to be doing, we've decided to meet twice a month at least through September.
This coming Sunday is still the deadline for Paint-a-Orc. I hope to see lots of entries this time. We have some great prizes to pick from too.
For the month of June, we will be meeting on the 7th and the 21st, both from around noon until at least 4pm. Being that the 21st is Fathers' Day, I hope to see a few more Dads at the old P&P table. Like they say, the family that plays together stays together.
July at this point is still not set. As soon as I have my schedule, I'll post up July's P&P events.
Until we meet again, be safe, and have a happy Memorial Day!

May 10th P&P highlights
Several people dropped in to paint, including a few newcomers. Here are some photos of the various painted minis.
Caleb's knight. No he hasn't had an accident. I forgot to bring the
Zap-a-Gap to attach his shield hand with
Korey's metallic Overlord. It's hard not to love the
Reaper ProPaint metallic purple and gold.

CALENDAR UPDATES!
There will be no P&P this coming Sunday, as we'll be at ReaperCon out in Texas.
Also, there will be no P&PSunday the following week either due to a Pokemon tournament that day.
But May 31 will still be the deadline for the Paint-a-Orc contest.
Also, during the summer months, we will likely be going to an every-other-Sunday event schedule. This is in part due to gas prices rising again and also because summer is vacation time for many of us. Once we get back from Texas, I will be posting up our June schedule.
See you all in two weeks!

May 3 P&P highlights
A few of the regular P&P folks dropped in, but none could stick around long enough for a proper game, so we just painted.
The Paint-a-Orc contest is underway now, and I hope to repost the official rules at Hobbytown this coming Sunday. Official rules are in my previous post also.
Below is a picture of one of the minis completed Sunday. It is General Matisse, Overlord Leader, from Reaper's Warlord line. I think he looks pretty good...for a bad-guy, that is.
Next Sunday, if there is enough time, I'll be running a very small dungeoncrawl game. It'll be my first time to be game-master, so it'll be "quite interesting" at least and "downright silly" at worst. I hope you all can be there.
